National staffing shortages have impacted us like everyone else and we appreciate our permanent teams and seasonal staff working so diligently to serve you safely and effectively. Stores, customer service and online ordering are handling out of the ordinary higher volumes so please allow extra time for in-store shopping and online and in-store pickup order processing.
Additionally, we continue to experience delays across the supply chain, from raw materials to manufacturing to transportation. We're expediting inbound orders to the extent possible but expect these challenges will last through the fall and impact order processing times and in-stock rates. Some products will be delayed and you will receive regular email updates about expected due dates of products on open orders.
