At Stores

  • Check store hours before driving to location
  • Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to post

Returns by Mail

  • Find your Mills Shipment Confirmation email, the one with the tracking number
  • Click the link near the bottom of the email (valid for 30 days) to print the Mills prepaid UPS Return Label
    • If your email does not contain a link please contact Customer Service at 1-800-541-1850 or [email protected] to request a UPS Return Label
  • A flat rate label fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund
  • Enclose a copy of your packing slip and highlight what you are returning or fill out a return form
  • If you choose another shipping method, we recommend insuring and tracking the package
  • Seal the package
  • Take to a UPS drop off and obtain a drop-off receipt with the tracking number
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages that do not have a drop-off receipt.
  • Once delivered the return will be processed in the order received.

  • Place a new order online for the correct size
  • To ensure you get free standard shipping on your new order, reply to the new Order Confirmation email with the phrase "Exchange Order"

Return Policy

Mills provides a full refund within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for items that have not been worn, washed or altered. All sales final on clearance items - items ending in $.99 and Special Orders.

Mills stands proudly behind every product. We guarantee all Mills items against normal wear and tear for up to one calendar year from the date of purchase, and items are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for the life of the garment.
