Returns and exchanges

Even Exchanges

We offer free shipping on your new order if the item you received doesn’t fit and you need to reorder a different size within 30 days of purchase. To use this service, place new order online. When you receive your order confirmation email reply with "exchange order”. We will remove the shipping charge. All sales final on clearance items - items ending in $.99 and Special Orders.

Returning items to Mills

Mills provides a full refund within 30 days of purchase of merchandise for items that have not been worn, washed or altered. All sales final on clearance items - items ending in $.99 and Special Orders.

Shipping returned items

We offer easy returns. From your original "Shipment Confirmation" email - the one with your tracking number – look for link near the bottom to print a Mills prepaid UPS Returns Label. A flat rate of $6.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded if you choose to use this service. Please include a completed Return form – on the back of your original packing list - or print one from the link below. If you choose another shipping method, we recommend insuring and tracking your package.

Refunds

Refunds for credit card transactions are credited to the original credit card. Refunds where the original credit card is not available are paid by refund check. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Mills offers a "No Questions Asked" product quality guarantee to the original purchaser. Defective items may be returned at any time for a replacement or merchandise credit.
