A: Once your order has shipped, we send a Mills shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, either your order has not yet shipped, or we do not have your correct email address on file.
You can also access the Your Account page for your order status. Log into your account and look under Your Order History.
A: Our clothes are not sized by age or grade. Do not measure over clothing. Use the guide below. Once you have the measurements, refer to our Sizing Charts to match your child's measurements to the closest size.

A: Youth and child are the same size range. Teen, junior and adult are the same size range. The term on the tag will vary between different Mills' vendors.
A: Mills offers a "No Questions Asked" product quality guarantee to the original purchaser. Defective items may be returned at any time for a replacement or merchandise credit. Click on "Contact Us," provide your order number, product information and a picture of the defect. We will take care of the rest.
A: UPS shipping options (Ground, 2 Day and Overnight)
Items shipped using UPS Overnight will arrive one day after leaving our facility and UPS 2 Day will arrive two days after leaving our facility. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday so selecting UPS Overnight or UPS 2 Day does not always mean your order will arrive in one or two days from the time you placed it.
Your initial shipment will be sent via the UPS service you selected. If there are subsequent shipments related to your order these may be shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground.
A: You can check your order status and review previous orders by logging into Your Account and selecting Your Order History. You will see a listing of all orders placed, order date and status. Clicking on an Order Number will bring up the order's detail.
A: If you order Monday through Thursday, in-stock items will be shipped the next day from your local Mills retail store or our warehouse. If you order Friday through Sunday, in-stock items will ship no later than the following Tuesday.
Orders that include made-to-order or backordered items may be processed when all items are available for shipment. You will receive e-mail updates with the status of your order.
If your order is shipped in multiple shipments there will just be one shipping charge.
A: We recommend these care instructions:
Wash colors separately, sort loads by similar fabric types and colors and keep loads small.
Turn everything inside out, especially sweaters and fleece and wash with like items.
Do not wash items with towels to prevent pilling.
Do not iron any type of logo decoration: silkscreen, heat transfer or embroidery.
Be sure to pre-treat stains on cotton or cotton-blend items with non-chlorine bleach prior to washing (machine washing and drying without pre-treating may actually set-in the stain and make it more difficult to remove).
Zippers and buttons on all garments should be closed prior to washing.
Pleated skirts and jumpers may be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle then hang to dry and refresh pleats with warm iron. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Piped peter pan blouses should be washed in cold water, dark trim colors may fade with warm or hot water washing.
Broadcloth and oxford shirts can be washed in warm water and tumbled dried, remove promptly, use only non-chlorine bleach.
Cotton and cotton-poly polos should be washed in separate light and dark loads. Turn dark colors inside out, for best results wash in cold water. Both fabrics may shrink up to 5% (mainly in length, not in width).
100% polyester performance polos should be washed in cold water and dried on a gentle cycle with like items. Do not wash with garments with zippers or other hardware to prevent snagging. Do not use fabric softener to preserve the wicking properties.
