A. Not currently. Option B product will
only be offered through this website during this back-to-school

Q. Will I have to create an account
with Mills? What if I already have an account at Option B?
A. Yes, you will need to create an
account. The website will walk you through this process.
Q. Where can we try on uniforms and
check sizes?
A. Try-on days are held annually at
each school. Please check with your school for dates and times. You
can also refer to the Sizing Charts link on the homepage of this
website.
Q. Is online purchasing through Mills
safe?
A. Yes. Mills has a secure retail
website. Our website is tested daily by GeoTrust.
Q. What is Mills' Return and Exchange
policy? What about any defective products?
A. We will gladly accept merchandise
that has not been worn, washed, or altered for return within 30 days
of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Within 31-90 days
of receipt items may be returned for
exchange only. In the rare event you receive defective item, we will
replace the item with no questions asked.
Q. Will I receive more than one
shipment?
A. Yes, if all items are not in stock.
If an item is out of stock you will receive notification upon
checkout and these items will be backordered. Backordered items are
shipped out as soon as stock is received.
Q. How long will it take before I
receive my order?
A. Our standard shipping is UPS
and generally takes 5 business days from the time we receive
your order. Expedited shipping is available upon checkout at an
additional cost.
